Summertime of Comics

Haven't posted in a while because, let's be honest, I haven't been drawing for a while. Sometimes the spirit moves me and, well, sometimes it doesn't. But thankfully, I now have plenty of deadlines looming ahead to get me all jazzed up!

The Pioneer Valley Zinefest was a fine time. I met a lot of cool people and got some sweet zines. Having gone to college in the area, it was wonderful to reconnect with some old friends and favorite restaurants and other assorted food places. I read feminist zines while eating delicious ice cream in Northampton, which is really what one should always be doing.

Upcoming is the DC Zinefest at the end of July and SPX in September.  Before then, I need to get the first issue of Culver out, as well as another Gay Kid. I've gotten some good penciling work done on Culver so far, and have come up with the idea for the 4th Gay Kid. The other thing I have sitting on my head is another page for Magic Bullet #5, due in about three weeks. So yeah, I need to get by butt back down at the drawing board!

Pictures to come once I have things to show. Until next time!
